About your hosts

Avdi is a geek, a book lover, and an occasional musician.

Stacey is a crafty kitchen witch, a full-time (and overtime!) homemaker, and an avid gardener.

Together we are raising and unschooling three kids in southern Pennsylvania, along with four cats, a dog, and a snake, and recently acquired betta fish.

About the name

“The Lazy Faire” is the name coined by Stacey for the rural organic farm/intentional community we are working towards establishing. As a play on “laissez faire”, it reflects the natural, optimistic, hands-off philosophy we are doing our best to embody.
